The legendary Mie Aceh can now be cooked at home. Alubu Food brings you an authentic Acehnese spice blend with select spices. Savory, richly spiced, and original. Practical without sacrificing authentic flavor.
Serving Instructions:
For 1/2 kg of fresh (wet) noodles / 4-5 servings
1. Sauté the shallots and tomatoes until fragrant. Add the Alubu Food Mie Aceh Seasoning
2. Add enough water to taste
3. Add the fresh/dry noodles. Stir evenly until well absorbed
4. Serve warm, topped with fried shallots, emping (melinjo crackers), and lime slices
Tips: This seasoning is also great for instant noodles, spaghetti, kwetiau, and fried rice
Storage Instructions:
Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, keep refrigerated to preserve the seasoning's freshness and aroma.
