APB Sambal originated from a ready-to-eat food business established in 2013. As the business grew, many customers wanted to enjoy APB’s signature sambal at home. In response to this demand, APB Sambal began researching and developing packaged chili sauce products in 2019, launching its first product, Sambal Cerik. Driven by a commitment to quality, innovation, and authentic Indonesian flavors, APB Sambal carefully selects premium ingredients for every product. The supply of raw materials is supported by our own chili farm and partnerships with local farmers, creating a sustainable supply chain while bringing the rich and authentic flavors of Indonesia to both domestic and international markets.
