ACEH-STYLE STIR-FRIED KEUMAMAH FISH SEASONING (BUMBU KEUMAMAH IKAN TUMIS)

Aceh's traditional stir-fried Keumamah fish (smoked/dried tuna) can now be cooked at home. Alubu Food brings you an authentic Acehnese spice blend combining Aceh's signature sour sunti tamarind flavor with select spices. Savory, sour, spicy, and richly aromatic. Practical without sacrificing the authentic taste of traditional Acehnese home cooking.

Serving Instructions:
For 500g of smoked/dried fish, smoked fish, or boiled fish / 4-5 servings

Ingredients:
* 1 pack Instant Keumamah Seasoning
* 500g smoked/dried fish or boiled fish
* Sliced shallots, green chili, and curry leaves
* Water, pepper, salt, and seasoning powder to taste

Method:
* Sauté the shallots and curry leaves until fragrant
* Add the Instant Keumamah Seasoning and sauté briefly
* Add the shredded smoked/dried or boiled fish
* Add water, green chili, salt, pepper, and seasoning powder to taste
* Cook until the water has slightly reduced, then serve

Tips: This seasoning is also great for Aceh-style stir-fried shrimp/squid and stir-fried fresh mackerel/tuna

Storage Instructions:
Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, keep refrigerated to preserve the seasoning's freshness and aroma.
